01 / Getting started

Yes. Beginners are our specialty. Boomer Bootcamp is a gentler on-ramp, Body Shape lets you pick your level at every station, and every program starts with a conversation about your goals — not a fitness test.
Book the free 6-Week Challenge Assessment — one free hour with a coach, a body scan, and a plan. Prefer to jump straight into classes? The intro pass gets you 3 classes for $33.
You'll meet a coach, talk through your goals, and get a body scan. You leave with a plan whether you join or not — no pressure, no contract talk.

02 / Memberships & passes

Basic ($97/month) covers gym access. VIP ($199 per 4 weeks) adds unlimited classes. Either can add a 24-hour access card so you can train around the clock. Full details on the pricing page.
Yes — memberships with a 24-hour access card give you gym access around the clock, every day of the week.
Yes — you can place your membership on hold for $25 a month, and pick back up where you left off.
Yes — student memberships start at $79 per 4 weeks for unlimited classes, and student personal-training packages are available too.

03 / Training & nutrition

Yes — 1-on-1 nutrition coaching, InBody scans, and habit-based tracking are core to every transformation program. You can also book a standalone nutrition assessment.
No. Meeting you where you are is the job. Your first session is an assessment, and your coach builds the plan around your actual starting point.
Yes — virtual coaching includes online workouts, weekly coach check-ins, and nutrition tracking wherever you live.
Yes — youth sports training starts at age 12, and the Athlete Acceleration Program serves high-school and college athletes.

04 / Facility & access

We're open 4:00 am – 10:00 pm most days (Thursdays from 9:00 am), and members with a 24-hour access card can train any time. Full table on the contact page.
